Calais Shiraz 2006

The wine has a dark, plum-red colour.Violets and meaty aromas are apparently
sensed.

Calais Merlot 2006

This wine has a cherry-red colour. Its herbal, minty and blackcurrant aromas
are typical for the cultivar.

Calais Pinotage 2006

Lively ruby-red fruits are apparent to the eye. Ripe strawberries and subtle spice announce the nose.

Calais Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

Ruby and cherry hues are found in the colour. Ripe peach and blackcurrant characterizes the nose.

Calais Applause 2005

An in-house blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Concentrated plum tints makes the colour dark and intense.

Calais Bel Canto 2006

Bel Canto is a blend of 45% Cabernet sauvignon, 35% Shiraz and 20% Merlot that has been aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Calais Chardonnay 2008

The wine has a pale corn colour which is appropriate for its age. Lemon blossom and fresh citrus aromas are present on the nose

The wine has a pale straw colour. Honeysuckle, jasmine and floral aromas are apparent on the nose.
