An in-house blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Concentrated plum tints makes the colour dark and intense.

The wine has an intensely concentrated nose, rich with oak and macerated fruit flavours. On palate the vanilla from the oak is again apparent and there is more ripe fruit too. The wine ends full and dry.

The Applause is a stylistic wine and although drinkable now it can keep for another 3 to 4 years. This is a wine for venison or character full meat dishes.
