In line with the ongoing expansion and restructuring of Calais Wine Estate, we are pleased to offer a great business opportunity to someone with a passion for restaurant industry.

Currently, there are unused premises on the Estate (see photos), with a great layout and views that are ideally suited for a restaurant that will sit around 80 people . Since our primary business is wine making, we are not planning to involve ourselves deeply in this project.

Here’s what we propose:

Upon reaching an agreement with a successful applicant, the Estate will fully renovate and decorate the restaurant’s premises according to your specifications and needs. From there on – it’s entirely up to you! Hiring of staff, the menu, advertising campaigns, etc. – you decide what is needed for the success of your business. We also will provide exposure of your restaurant on our website. Your only obligation to the Estate is your rental and exposure of our wines on your wine list.
